I’m a strength and conditioning coach focused on developing well-rounded, resilient athletes through smart, structured training. My approach is shaped by my years as a U.S. Navy officer, where I learned that the foundation of peak performance rests on preparation, accountability, and consistency.

I bring those same principles into my coaching to help youth athletes train with purpose and confidence—without losing the enjoyment of the sport. We bridge the gap between potential and peak physical readiness through discipline and evidence-based methods.
