Youth Athletic Performance Training

Ages 10–14 (Elementary & Middle School Athletes)

This is a structured small-group program for youth athletes focusing on speed, acceleration, agility, movement quality, and athletic confidence. Sessions are 60 minutes long, with a recommended frequency of 1–2 times per week to ensure consistent physical growth and skill development.

High school athletes are evaluated for placement within Older Athlete Development.

Older Athlete Development

Program Structure
  • Foundation Phase: Younger or newer athletes focusing on basic movement quality and athletic confidence.
  • Development Phase: More experienced athletes focusing on speed, agility, and intentional strength.
  • Performance Phase: Advanced athletes working on explosive power and high-level conditioning.

Sessions are 60 minutes long. All sessions held in the Purple Heart Park / Rita Ranch area. Locations can vary.

For athletes requiring more advanced development and training progression.

Team Training

Sport-specific training tailored to competitive environments and structured team systems. We focus on movement efficiency, speed, and conditioning to elevate overall team performance.

Adult Training

ADULT PERSONAL TRAINING (1-ON-1)

Individualized, performance-focused strength and conditioning sessions designed for longevity and athleticism. We focus on movement quality, functional strength, and physical readiness for active adults.

Primary Field-Based Training

Most OSS athletes train at Purple Heart Park in Rita Ranch to ensure speed translates to the field. Field performance remains our primary focus, supported by hybrid and mobile formats.

FIELD-BASED SESSIONS

Real speed is situational. We maximize power output on game-day surfaces for better translation to sport performance.

HYBRID COACHING

A supportive format blending in-field sessions with digital tracking for scheduling flexibility.

GYM-BASED OPTIONS
VIRTUAL PERFORMANCE

A program extension ideal for travel, ensuring development cycles continue anywhere.

Performance Support Services

Additional support services available for athletes and families already participating in OSS Performance training.

Virtual / Hybrid Coaching: Remote tracking and video support for travel flexibility and consistent global progress.

Nutrition Coaching: Habit-based fueling and recovery support to optimize long-term athletic health.

Performance Testing: Objective speed and power assessments using timing gates and jump testing technology.
